Regional/Urban Land-Use Planner (Team Leader)

Qualifications and skills:
• University degree in related field;
• Strong management, communication and team building skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant programmes
Experience:
• Track record in Regional and Urban Land Use Planning, strong background in environmental Planning and institutional assessment;
• Experienced in use of the various methodological tools for Spatial Planning and Land Use Management and in use of the various methodological tools of land-use registry;
• Experienced in working with Donors' funded Projects (specially the EDF) is an advantage;
• Preferably 15 years experience in management position;
• Preferably 5 years experience in developing countries/emerging economies.
