The Panj-Amu River Basin Programme, funded by the EU and implemented by Landell Mills, has been shortlisted for two awards as part of the British Expertise International Awards 2018. The Awards recognise and celebrate outstanding international achievements by companies in the UK professional services sector. The winners will be announced on 12th April 2018.
The first category the Programme is shortlisted for is International Development: Physical Project, and the second is International Development: Non-Physical Project. The awards will go to the most effective international development of a physical and non-physical project undertaken by a UK based company.
The Panj-Amu River Basin Programme was implemented between 2004 and 2017, and successfully developed integrated water resource management in the Panj-Amu river basin in Afghanistan.
