Landell Mills and the EU have produced a short film about the impact of the EU-MAIL Transition Project (EU Support to Capacitate MAIL in Transition for Sustainable Public Services Delivery) which is managed by Landell Mills.
The film showcases the EU-funded project’s key achievements and features interviews with directors from MAIL’s directorates, as well as people who have benefitted from the programme, such as farmers and ranchmen.
The project is the EU’s initiative for supporting, improving, modernising and standardising the agriculture and livestock sectors in Afghanistan. It started in 2014 in order to support the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL) to embed the results achieved by previous EU-funded projects in the agricultural sector.
The project will be completed in December 2019 and has strengthened the institutional environment of MAIL, so it is ready to tackle the future challenges of private sector development in agriculture.
