Landell Mills has recently been shortlisted for a World Bank project in Bangladesh ‘Management of the Export Readiness Fund’, and is sourcing a Finance Manager.  The project objective is to stimulate the development of and to incentivise export orientated enterprises in four priority sectors by operating a catalytic grant fund and formulating its policy and strategy, carrying out fund promotion activities, managing fund operations and disbursement monitoring, evaluating and providing fiduciary oversight.  We are looking for a Finance Manager with experience in financial management of large matching grant donor funds.  For more information on the project, person specification and responsibilities please click here.

Key Expert 1: Team Leader/Agricultural Policy and Institutional Development Expert

Landell Mills is sourcing a Team Leader/Agricultural Policy and Institutional Development Expert for the forthcoming EU funded Technical Assistance (TA)  project, Technical Cooperation Facility (TCF) to the Agriculture Development Strategy, Nepal, which is currently at Forecast stage. The project is part of a larger programme, Contribution to Agriculture and Rural Development, where the main activities are financed via budget support and a TCF will provide complementary support. The TCF will be established with a mix of long term technical assistance, short term expertise on demand and resources for training, workshops, surveys and other capacity building measures. The facility will closely work with the ADS Implementation Support Unit within the Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives.

Experts and Researchers for DG ECHO EU-funded Global Framework Contract

Landell Mills International has been awarded, as consortium leader, a new EU-funded global framework contract for the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO). The multiple framework contract is for services related to evaluation and impact assessment of the European Commission’s humanitarian aid and civil protection activities.

The evaluations will be complex in nature and will cover a geographic region, country or a horizontal thematic area of DG ECHO’s activities. Our highly competent consortium is made up of Universalia (Canada), American Institutes for Research (US), International Alert (UK) and Femconsult (the Netherlands).

We are seeking experts and researchers with expertise in evaluating geographic and thematic areas of humanitarian aid and civil protection. The communications framework contract is global in its scope, covering any geographic area within or outside the European Union. Projects will cover areas such as design and delivery of events and campaigns; information tools; audio visual materials; websites; publications; and communication strategies.

Evaluation Experts for the EU-funded global framework contract

Landell Mills has been awarded, as consortium leader, a new EU-funded global framework contract. Under this framework, which commences on 1st March 2016, we shall be conducting strategic (rather than project or programme-level) evaluations of the EU’s cooperation with its partner countries, including both spending and non-spending activities, instruments and legislation in order to improve future policy and practices.
