Team Leader: Nutrition Project, Malawi

Landell Mills is looking for a Team Leader for a prospect project in the field of nutrition with a focus on maternal and child health, based in Malawi. A final ToR has not been finalised yet, but we are already collecting applications from interested candidates. Project Executive - Studies and Evaluations Division

We are looking to recruit a Project Executive to support the management of the Studies and Evaluations Division’s portfolio of projects related primarily to monitoring, evaluation and learning. The role will also include business development within the following Framework Contracts for which Landell Mills is a lead supplier:

  • Complex and strategic evaluations for the EC development cooperation (DG DEVCO).

Experts and Researchers for new EU-funded Global Framework Contract

Landell Mills International has been awarded, as consortium leader, a new EU-funded global framework contract for the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO). The multiple framework contract is for services related to evaluation and impact assessment of the European Commission’s humanitarian aid and civil protection activities.

The evaluations will be complex in nature and will cover a geographic region, country or a horizontal thematic area of DG ECHO’s activities. Our highly competent consortium is made up of Universalia (Canada), American Institutes for Research (US), International Alert (UK) and Femconsult (the Netherlands).

Call for experts in Nutrition and Food Fortification

Landell Mills is implementing a Service Contract with the European Commission on nutrition, with a specific focus on food fortification and we are expanding our database of short-term consultants in these fields.

Technical expertise, both at Junior and Senior levels, is called upon for different kinds of assignments, either home-based or in developing countries (mostly in sub-Saharan Africa), with duration varying from a few days to two/three weeks. We are therefore seeking to recruit high calibre senior and mid-level communications experts with experience working with the EU and other donors, to work on forthcoming assignments.

The communications framework contract is global in its scope, covering any geographic area within or outside the European Union. Projects will cover areas such as design and delivery of events and campaigns; information tools; audio visual materials; websites; publications; and communication strategies.

Evaluation Experts for the EU-funded global framework contract

Landell Mills has been awarded, as consortium leader, a new EU-funded global framework contract. Under this framework, which commences on 1st March 2016, we shall be conducting strategic (rather than project or programme-level) evaluations of the EU’s cooperation with its partner countries, including both spending and non-spending activities, instruments and legislation in order to improve future policy and practices. For the forthcoming evaluation assignments, which are complex in their nature, we are seeking to recruit high calibre senior consultants (at least 10 yrs experience) and mid-level consultants (5-10 yrs experience) with strong experience in conducting in-depth evaluations for the EU and other donors.
