Landell Mills is pleased to announce that we have been certified to the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management systems standard. The certification, by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), provides organisations with a framework for detecting, preventing and addressing any bribery that may occur. This new standard builds on the British Standard 10500, held by Landell Mills previously.

ISO 37001 certification assists organisations establish, implement and maintain an anti-bribery compliance system through a series of measures and controls representing global anti-bribery good practice. In order to comply with ISO 37001, an organisation must implement a series of management measures, including the adoption and communication of an anti-bribery policy and procedures, training and guidance for employees, undertaking risk assessment and due diligence, monitoring gifts and hospitality, implementing effective procurement, commercial and financial controls, appointing a compliance manager, and establishing robust reporting and investigation procedures.
