Landell Mills wins a new communications contract

On this project, we will verify nationwide communication campaigns funded by the European Union (EU) to ensure they meet agreed performance and visibility standards. We will assess how effectively campaigns showcase EU support across a range of areas, including climate resilience, youth employment, digital innovation and peacebuilding. Contract awarded under the EU’s FWC SEA 2023 Lot 15.

To ensure transparency, accountability and effectiveness in the implementation of the EU communication campaigns in Kenya, we will evaluate areas including the contractor’s performance, strategic approach and the achievement of agreed results. Our team will use baseline data and mixed-methods evidence such as surveys, media monitoring, digital analytics and stakeholder feedback.

Another area that will be evaluated is the contractor’s effectiveness, efficiency, adaptability and capacity to counter misinformation.
