Call for experts: evaluation / Team Leaders

We have regular opportunities for senior evaluators and we're looking to expand our expert pool to service a number of framework contracts and long-term technical assistance contracts for a range of clients, including the European Commission (e.g. the Directorate-General for International Partnerships, the Directorate-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood, and the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations); the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office; Irish Aid; Danida; etc.

We welcome applications for:

  • Evaluators – particularly Team Leaders and Senior Evaluators (10+ years of experience) with experience in conducting strategic evaluation (e.g. country and thematic evaluations); evaluation of humanitarian policies, programmes and strategies; and evaluation of financial instruments and modalities (e.g. trust funds).
  • Applicants with in-depth knowledge and practical experience in applying a range of evaluation methods and techniques, and of leading / working as part of multi-disciplinary evaluation teams.
  • Applicants with thematic experience in key international development themes (agriculture, rural development, private sector development, biodiversity and environmental protection, natural resource management, climate and disaster risk reduction, governance and rule of law, conflict resolution and peace-building, civil society, human rights, health, nuclear safety, etc.).
