Call for Experts: EU Cooperation Facility II in Lesotho

About the project

Landell Mills is seeking expressions of interest from experts for a forthcoming EU-funded technical assistance project in Lesotho. The assignment is expected to support programming, project design and policy dialogue within the framework of the EU’s cooperation with Lesotho, with a particular focus on renewable energy and water.

The project is expected to run for approximately 36 months.

About the roles

We anticipate a small core team of 2–3 key experts, supported by a wider pool of non-key short-term experts mobilised for specific assignments.

Likely key expert positions are:

  1. Team Leader / Global Gateway Investment and Policy Dialogue Expert
  2. Renewable Energy Project Design and Policy Expert
  3. Water Sector Project Design and Policy Expert

We also foresee presenting and engaging multiple non-key short-term experts.
