Call for experts: evaluation at intervention level

Due to recent business development opportunities, we're looking to recruit for a variety of new consultancy positions. We're seeking to recruit high-calibre senior (12 years of experience, minimum), mid-level (6 years of experience) and junior (3 years of experience) consultants with comprehensive experience in designing and implementing projects relating to evaluation at intervention level.

We're particularly interested in candidates with the following technical experience:

• Ex-ante evaluations
• Mid-term evaluations
• Final evaluations
• Ex-post evaluations
• Counterfactual impact evaluations
• Evaluations of primary interventions
• Thematic evaluations (grouping of interventions in a specific area)

Expertise may cover any geographic area in the world and any technical area. Horizontal activities may include policy-related analysis and design, mainstreaming of European Union policy priorities, analytical tasks, support to joint programming processes, public financial management, legalisation and legal analysis, policy dialogue processes, technical inputs for works and supplies, assessment of grant proposals, communication and visibility tasks, capacity development activities, research studies, programming and project design, and knowledge management and dissemination.
