Final Evaluation of the Initiative Régionale d’Appui au Développement Économique Durable (IRADA) Programme – Tunisia
Landell Mills will conduct the final evaluation of the €17.7 million IRADA Programme, funded by the European Union (EU), which has been supporting inclusive regional economic development across eight governorates in Tunisia. The evaluation will review progress in private sector growth, job creation and public–private dialogue. Contract awarded under the EU’s FWC SEA 2023 Lot 16.
Final Evaluation of Innov’i-EU4Innovation – Tunisia
The €14.85 million Innov’i-EU4Innovation programme supports Tunisia’s innovation and start-up ecosystem. In our evaluation of this EU-funded programme, we will review its impact on entrepreneurs, start-up support organisations and key policy reforms such as the Tunisian Startup Act. Contract awarded under the EU’s FWC SEA 2023 Lot 16.
Evaluating Economic Empowerment Interventions – Afghanistan
This evaluation will assess the performance of eight EU-financed interventions supporting women’s economic empowerment in Afghanistan from 2022-2025, paying particular attention to the interventions’ different levels of results measured against expected objectives, and the reasons underpinning such results. Interventions to be reviewed include Women Economic Empowerment through Local Enterprise Development, Livelihoods Improvement through Inclusive Food Security, and Afghanistan Essential Services and Livelihoods Stabilisation Programme. Contract awarded under the EU’s FWC SEA 2023 Lot 16.
