We’re seeking to recruit Junior, Medium and Senior Non-Key Experts with experience in monitoring and evaluation, particularly in the technical and thematic areas relevant to ROM services in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region (see the list in the document linked below).

Location: Home-based with travel to MENA region for ROM missions.
Inputs: Long- and short-term positions available.
Duration: 24 months (starting in January 2026).
