Final Evaluation of the MOUSSAWAT Programme – Morocco

Under this contract, we will assess the €35 million MOUSSAWAT programme, funded by the European Union (EU), that promotes gender equality and women’s empowerment in Morocco. Our evaluation will assess progress in economic empowerment, tackling gender-based violence and integrating gender into public policy. The recommendations from the evaluation will inform Morocco’s next Gender Equality Plan and future EU support. Contract awarded under the EU’s FWC SEA 2023 Lot 16.

End-Term Evaluation of the Health Resilience Fund – Zimbabwe

On this project, we will evaluate the EU-funded €85 million multi-donor Health Resilience Fund, which supports Zimbabwe’s national health system. The evaluation will cover progress in primary healthcare, maternal and child health, and nutrition and system strengthening. It aims to guide future donor support and long-term sustainability planning. Contract awarded under the EU’s FWC SEA 2023 Lot 16.

Migration and Refugee Support Facility – Jordan

Our team will analyse EU support to migration governance, labour mobility and refugee protection in Jordan. This project aims to identify practical ways to strengthen socio-economic inclusion for refugees, migrant workers and host communities. Contract awarded under the EU’s FWC SEA 2023 Lot 14, where Linpico is the lead contractor.

Kenya Country Portfolio Evaluation

Under this contract, Landell Mills will deliver eight thematic evaluations over three years, covering the EU’s cooperation portfolio in Kenya. The evaluations will provide a comprehensive assessment of performance across interventions, examining results against objectives and analysing the factors influencing outcomes. They will also identify key lessons learned and provide related recommendations to inform decision-making, and improve current and future interventions. Contract awarded under the EU’s FWC SEA 2023 Lot 16.
