Key Expert 3: Nutrition – Sensitive Expert

We are looking to recruit a Nutrition – Sensitive Expert for the following project in Pakistan: EU Capacity-Building and Systems Development in Support to a Sindh Multi-Sectoral Nutrition Policy, Strategy and Implementation Framework.

By the nature of his/her specialisation, the Key Expert 3 will be the main interlocutor of the different Government of Sindh's Departments concerned by multi-sectoral nutrition-sensitive matters. He/she will also be directly involved with the Local Government institutions and the partners implementing the nutrition-sensitive component of PINS.
The Key expert 3’s direct involvement in specific result areas will depend upon his/her experience and will be defined in the Organisation & Methodology to be proposed by the Contractor.

Key Expert I: Team Leader/Policy Expert

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader for the following project in Pakistan: EU Capacity-Building and Systems Development in Support to a Sindh Multi-Sectoral Nutrition Policy, Strategy and Implementation Framework.

The Team Leader will be responsible for overall project implementation, coordination and supervision of the short term non-key experts. S/He shall be based in Karachi, but will have to undertake missions in the rest of the country, notably in Sindh and in Islamabad.

We are therefore seeking to recruit high calibre senior and mid-level communications experts with experience working with the EU and other donors, to work on forthcoming assignments.

The communications framework contract is global in its scope, covering any geographic area within or outside the European Union. Projects will cover areas such as design and delivery of events and campaigns; information tools; audio visual materials; websites; publications; and communication strategies.

Evaluation Experts for the EU-funded global framework contract

Landell Mills has been awarded, as consortium leader, a new EU-funded global framework contract. Under this framework, which commences on 1st March 2016, we shall be conducting strategic (rather than project or programme-level) evaluations of the EU’s cooperation with its partner countries, including both spending and non-spending activities, instruments and legislation in order to improve future policy and practices. For the forthcoming evaluation assignments, which are complex in their nature, we are seeking to recruit high calibre senior consultants (at least 10 yrs experience) and mid-level consultants (5-10 yrs experience) with strong experience in conducting in-depth evaluations for the EU and other donors.
