In April 2006, the GoSKN completed the NAtional Adaptation Strategy (NAS) for teh period 2006 - 2013 which identifies Tourism, Agriculture Diversification, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Financial Services as sectors which would foster sustainable social and economic development. In 2007 SKN became eligible for
